Aberdeen, Wash. - The Grays-Willipa Harbors District Council of the Lumber and Sawmill Workers' Union has announced it will proceed with court action to quash the temporary injunction issued against it in the McCleary strike.
The injunction was secured by the mill operators in McCleary to restrain the union from maintaining a picket line.
