Firm Found Guilty

Washington, Dec 27 - Charges of anti-labor practices filed by the International Woodworkers of America against the Henry McCleary Timber Company in the state of Washington have been upheld by the National Labor Relations Board.

The Company was ordered to bargain with the IWA as sole union representative for the production employees at its sawmill in Shelton, Wash., and to sign a written agreement embodying any understandings reached with the union. Two employees fired last March for union activity were ordered reinstated with back pay.
