This little tableau was on top of the air conditioner on the outside wall of City Hall today. Could it be a political statement, as in, someone has a fowl opinion of the clowns who were elected to City government? Whatever. It made me laugh.

This blog has been mostly retired but I will still check the comments for moderation occasionally on slow days. Think twice, post once. I place a high value on civility and publish them, or not, accordingly. Some might call this censorship. I call it having editorial standards. We both would be right.
